GHANA/LIBYA : EU and UN take into account sending AVs seized off Libyan coast to Ghana

The EU and UN are contemplating sending the armoured autos seized final October on the Dutch cargo ship MV Meerdijk by the EU’s Irini sea patrol to Ghana to bolster the nation’s armed forces.
