Nebraska’s greatest metropolis is getting a brand new nonstop connection to South Florida’s sunny seashores.
On Jan. 13, Southwest Airways will start Saturday-only nonstop flights between Omaha’s Eppley Airfield (OMA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Worldwide Airport (FLL) in South Florida.
That was the one new route introduced Thursday as Southwest prolonged its reserving schedule via March 6. The service’s schedule extension sometimes consists of quite a few new routes, however the seasonal Nebraska-Florida route was the one one it introduced this time round.
