DRC : Tshisekedi's workplace offended by EU's chilly shoulder

The European Union’s failure to formally congratulate Democratic Republic of Congo President Felix Tshisekedi for his re-election following the 20 December vote didn’t go down effectively with the pinnacle of state’s entourage.
