Algeria : Tribunal arrange for MSC's dispute with authorities

A tribunal has simply been created to listen to the dispute between three Mediterranean Transport Firm (MSC) group corporations and the Algerian state on the Worldwide Centre for Settlement of Funding Disputes (ICSID).
