Each the US subsidiary of Angola’s state oil firm Sonangol and the Industrial and Industrial Financial institution of China (ICBC) are recognized as buildings to which the Angolan Air Drive (AAF) has entrusted a part of its belongings. However neither seems prepared to journey to the AAF’s rescue.
