Biden Says the U.S. and Allies Had ‘Nothing to Do With’ Wagner Rebellion in Russia

The US and its allies had “nothing to do with” the Wagner mercenary group’s rebellion towards President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia and his navy command, President Biden stated on Monday, his first public feedback on the short-lived riot that incited a unprecedented weekend of disaster in Russia.
