Extremely-low-cost service Breeze Airways is popping to Florida for its newest massive enlargement.
The startup service introduced 11 new routes to the Sunshine State on Tuesday, trying to lure sun-seeking leisure vacationers because it grows its route map.
Breeze’s greatest enlargement push is available in Fort Myers alongside Florida’s southern Gulf coast.
The service is including 9 routes from the town. Fort Myers sits alongside a preferred strand of shoreline that is dwelling to common vacationer hotspots like Naples and Sanibel Island. With the brand new routes — together with nonstop flights to locations like New Orleans, Pittsburgh and Columbus, Ohio — Breeze will now provide flights to 13 locations from Fort Myers.

Breeze’s Florida enlargement additionally contains new nonstop routes to each Jacksonville and Vero Seashore from Windfall, Rhode Island.
Breeze is the brainchild of serial airline entrepreneur David Neeleman. It launched in Could 2021 and has been on a speedy progress trajectory ever since. The service focuses on serving smaller cities with nonstop routes too “skinny” to draw the eye of bigger rivals that depend on a hub-and-spoke mannequin.
The newest additions introduced Tuesday will considerably enhance the airline’s presence in Florida, which has lengthy drawn leisure vacationers.

- New Orleans: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov. 2 (Thursdays and Sundays). Introductory fares begin at $49 one-way.
- Norfolk, Virginia: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov. 2 (Thursdays and Sundays). Introductory fares begin at $49 one-way.
- Pittsburgh: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov. 15 (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays). Introductory fares begin at $59 one-way.
- Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov. 17 (Mondays and Fridays). Introductory fares begin at $39 one-way.
- Richmond, Virginia: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov.15 (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Introductory fares begin at $49 one-way.
- Syracuse, New York: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov. 17 (Mondays and Fridays). Introductory fares begin at $59 one-way.
Jacksonville Worldwide Airport (JAX)
- Windfall: Twice-weekly service begins Nov. 3 (Mondays and Fridays). Introductory fares begin at $79 one-way.
Vero Seashore Regional Airport (VRB)
- Windfall: Winter/spring seasonal service begins Nov. 2 (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays). Introductory fares begin at $79 one-way.
