Cameroon : Yaoundé loses 20-year battle with Garoubé

The French courts have confirmed the 2021 ruling by the arbitration courtroom of the Worldwide Chamber of Commerce in Paris, ordering Cameroon’s forestry minister to pay €17.88m in damages to the agency Garoubé.
