DRC : Sonahydroc has hassle promoting inventory purchased from Trafigura

Of the 20,000 tonnes of hydrocarbons acquired underneath a contract with Trafigura, Sonahydroc has delivered solely 6,000 tonnes to service stations over the previous two months.
