DRC : Tshisekedi sceptical of way forward for Addis framework peace settlement

DR Congo President Félix Tshisekedi doesn’t look favourably on potential future discussions on a “re-evaluation” of the 2013 Addis Ababa framework settlement for peace within the DRC and the Nice Lakes area.
