Equatorial Guinea : Teodorin Obiang presents Zafiro and Fortuna fields to ENI

Equatorial Guinean Vice-President Teodorin Obiang Nguema has proposed to ENI that the Italian agency take over the administration of the Zafiro offshore oil subject and of the Fortuna fuel subject.
