Ericsson & MTN Collaborate for Digital Skills & Sustainability | IT News Africa

Ericsson and MTN Group have unveiled a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Cellular World Congress Barcelona 2024 in Spain, aiming to drive sustainability, digital abilities, and training initiatives throughout Africa.

This collaboration highlights the joint dedication of each firms to result in optimistic change all through the continent. By means of the MoU, Ericsson and MTN Group will be a part of forces on sustainability initiatives aligned with the rules of the United Nations’ Sustainable Growth Aim (SDG) 17. Drawing on their in depth expertise and sources within the telecoms sector, the partnership will deal with advancing digital options to propel Africa’s growth.

Ericsson and MTN Group are aligning with their sustainability targets by exploring ICT options to decarbonize their worth chain ecosystem.
