GUINEA : Doumbouya needs to renegotiate Albayrak's Conakry port contract

Conakry doesn’t recognise the phrases of the contract signed between the previous administration and the Turkish group in 2018. By way of renegotiations, Mamadi Doumbouya hopes to place strain on Ankara to acquire the return of Alpha Condé from exile.
