LIBYA : LIA sovereign wealth fund opens mysterious department in London

The Libyan Funding Authority (LIA) sovereign wealth fund opened a subsidiary in London on 16 January. LIA officers haven’t commented on the aim of the subsidiary, which known as the Libyan Overseas Funding Firm, or the id of its administrators.
