Madagascar : Apollo 21 affair: negotiations resume on Paul Rafanoharana's switch

The inauguration of Andry Rajoelina on 16 December will open the way in which for the resumption of negotiations over the switch to France of Franco-Madagascan Paul Rafanoharana, whom Madagascan authorities accuse of masterminding the Apollo 21 coup d’état.
