Morocco : France's Pizzorno group chooses its arbitrator in dispute with Morocco

On 29 October, French waste administration group Pizzorno selected Nassib Ziadé, Chilean-Lebanese chief govt of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Decision, as its arbitrator within the case it has introduced in opposition to the Moroccan authorities.
