An incident came about on the Mercedes-Benz Daimler manufacturing unit in southern Germany on Thursday, leading to one fatality and one injured, native German police mentioned.
The perpetrator has been arrested, the pressure added, noting there was no additional hazard to workers within the plant at the moment.
